Can I pay using PayPal?
Yes you can. Presently, all payments are via PayPal. If you don’t have an account already with PayPal and wish to create an account with PayPal, you simply follow the prompts during the payment process and you will be directed, step by step, how to create your account with PayPal.
How do I pay by credit or debit card?
You can also
pay by Visa or MasterCard through PayPal’s secure payment gateway.
How will
I receive payment acknowledgement?
You will receive an acknowledgement via e-mail after your order is successfully processed.
I have forgotten my username and password, how can
I get them?
All you need to do is click on the “Forgot Password” link.
My username and password don’t work, what do I do?
This rarely happens; however, if it does, double check the username and password and carefully try to log in again. If the problem persists contact

When and how can I have access to the program?
Once your
registration is successful, you can immediately log in by going to
schrool’s homepage. You can login by typing your user name and password
at the top of the page.

What happens after I completed my online payment?
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment is successfully completed. The e-mail will acknowledge that your payment has been received, together with your username and password. You can then logon by going to
https://schrool.com and gain immediate access to the course you selected. If you fail to receive a confirmation after submitting your order, which is unlikely, please contact our customer service team at support@schrool.com
Why was my payment declined?
There can
be various reasons.
1.
You may have incorrectly entered your credit card details;
2.
Unforeseen technical problems with data transmission
when the card was being debited, resulted in your order not being processed
3.
Your credit card could not be processed further as a
result of an internal audit against illegal use of credit cards.
In any case
you would have been notified by Schrool’s admin team via email.
I am a parent and when I originally registered I selected
a year course for my child. My child has since moved up another grade/year can I
change the year course?
You absolutely can, provided that your account is currently active. For example, if you registered for a year 6 equivalent course and find it too easy - or too hard - you may request a change via email and you will be instructed how to proceed.
How can I cancel my order? I have already paid.
You will need to contact our customer service in writing with questions about any cancellation. Your request will be reviewed and you will be answered via email of the outcome within 48 hours. Please refer to
